Delivery 

Please note that Name That Gift only delivers to the island of Ireland. We currently deliver to all 32 counties. It can take up to 3 working days for your delivery to arrive. 

Delivery Cost 

Delivery costs €8.50 to anywhere in Ireland. We do not offer express delivery.  Your delivery will arrive with a courier.

Dispatch Details

Please allow 7 working days for your order to dispatch. If there is any delay in the shipping of your product Name That Gift will be in contact with you. If you need anymore information on this topic you can contact us via our contact page. 

Return Policy

We can not accept any returns on any personalised gifts. We can only replace personalised gifts if they arrive damaged.

Damaged Items 

If the product you have ordered arrives damaged we can offer you a replacement or a refund. Parcels or items damaged in transit must be reported to Name That Gift within 24 hours of delivery. If the deadline for reporting parcels during transit is not met, we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund or a replacement.
